Coco Tomātl Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We understand that for garment size evaluation you need to fit it once.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 1. If you require a return or exchange please write to us here: SUPPORT@COCOTOMATL.COM
STEP 2. Please kindly include into your email your order number, necessary photos, a detailed explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
STEP 3. Once your return / exchange has been approved by email - please mail your product to the following address:

FOR USA AND CANADA CITIZENS:

FOR CITIZENS OF OTHER COUNTRIES:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the return box so that your return can be properly applied  to your account.

Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

STEP 4. Email us with your return tracking number.
EXCHANGE
Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

If your exchange is approved - we will ship a new item to you at no cost to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs, handling costs and customs charges are non-­refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure that we receive your returned item.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. To see whether an item is a sale item - look for a tag "SALE" prominently displayed on the product page.
